RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your new envy items! If not, feel free to return them to us.

 

Items are eligible for return if:

  • all items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered, kept in a non-smoking environment and have the original tags still attached
  • items are received back to us within 14 days from the original purchase date
  • items are non-sale clothing

Credit will be issued in the form of a store credit. NO REFUNDS will be given. If your return does not match the above eligibility, please do not attempt to return it. Our returns department will not accept any boxes that are ineligible for return.

 

Damaged Items

No damaged goods will be accepted for return after 14 days from original purchase date. All merchandise is examined by the envy team before packing your purchase and we ask that you do the same upon arrival. If something is wrong with your item please contact us by email and explain the damaged item. We will issue you an RA (return authorization) and send a call tag to pick up the item.

Returning An Item By Mail

Please fill out the return form that was included with your order and attach the bottom portion to the outside of your box. We are NOT responsible for any shipping costs related to a returned item.

We suggest that you send your items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number or signature required upon delivery. Envy is NOT responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your items, they will be processed by our returns department within 3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Any shipping charges are non-refundable. All store credits are valid for 90 days. Store credits are only valid in the location of which you originally purchased the item (ex: if you purchased online you can only redeem your store credit online). You will be notified about your store credit by email. If you do not hear from us, please contact us either by phone or email.

 

ALL SALE ITEMS, LINGERIE, SEAMLESSWEAR, SHOES AND ACCESSORIES ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
