ENVY STORE MANAGER

The envy store manager is the key contributor for driving sales, reaching monthly sales goals, leading the team to success and ensuring that each customer leaves with a positive experience. The envy manager position is responsible for creating the envy-like atmosphere: comfortable, welcoming and exciting. Responsibilities of the envy store manager include; managing day-to-day activities including opening and closing and after hours events approved by the owners. As well as daily tasks, the envy store manager has the opportunity to style customers, merchandise the sales floor, create displays that will WOW the customers and lead a team of envy stylists. The envy store manager should continuously market the store on and off the clock, always presenting herself in a way that follow the envy formula.

As leader of the envy stylists; the store manager should be the strongest sales associate, always approaching customers with honest opinions and helpful fashion advice. On top of managing day-to-day tasks, the envy store manager should assist and ensure that each team member is exceeding the store's sales goals.

ENVY STORE MANAGER SALES

  1. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
  2. Follow the envy formula
  3. Have an understanding of the importance of exceeding customer expectations
  4. Generate lasting positive working relationships with the envy customers
  5. Follow up on all customer requests and complaints to ensure satisfation
  6. Continually stay educated on trends, fit and knowledge of envy products

MANAGING THE ENVY STYLISTS

  1. Responsible for adherence to the Operations Manual (envy formula)
  2. Responsible for building and maintaining a strong team through training, positive coaching and incentives
  3. Responsible for regular evaluation of envy team members
  4. Plan and conduct monthly team meetings
  5. Take accountability for the team's success and failure

MANAGING ENVY

  1. Ensure that envy is beautiful, organized and clean at all times
  2. Follow the envy formula for merchandising
  3. Responsible for informing owners of any reorders, returns and damages
  4. Responsible for administrative tasks laid out by the management handbook
  5. Ensure that daily payment transactions are balanced and drawer counts are correct
  6. Key Holder

MARKETING

  1. Understanding the envy formula and ensuring that each customer knows the benefits of shopping envy
  2. Manage in-store marketing, thank you cards, customer requests and cold calls
  3. Manage outside marketing, shopping parties, community events, fashion shows and promotions
  4. Create and execute monthly store marketing plans
  5. Manage social media accounts

                         Social Media Marketing Manager

Are you a social media expert who enjoys fashion? Do you enjoy engaging with people on
platforms, such as: Instagram, Facebook and TikTok? Do you enjoy design and have an eye for
creating engaging content for social media and website users? If so, our social Media Content
Creator position might be the perfect fit for you!

Envy Social Media Manager Responsibilities

  1. Understand our mission and how to market it to our customer base 
  2. Develop weekly email newsletters and social media posts to promote new product,
    events, and promotions.
  3. Assists in the setup and growth of our social media presence on existing and NEW
    platforms through competent campaign planning, recommending strategies and
    working with the store manager daily to accurately display our store online.
  4. Be able to meet rapid growth targets & improve our “reach” on all social media
    platforms
  5. Working with Lightspeed Retail to learn how our online storefront functions
  6. Updating our online website to be more functionable and accessible to current and
    future customers
  7. Weekly updates to the website and daily assessments of all online sales
  8. Work with Store Owner and Store Manager to come up with marketing content for
    products
  9. Work with the Store Owner and Store Manager to promote in-store promotions or
    events
  10. Attend and assist at pop-up events, out of store photo shoots, etc. with the goal of
    creating content.
  11. Build rapport, credibility and loyalty based on content between the store and key
    audiences
  12. All other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  1. Should possess a drive to meet aggressive goals for reach and conversions from social
    media platforms and our online website.
  2. Experience navigating internet websites/social pages including social media,
    commercial websites, etc.
  3.  Strong working knowledge of reels, stories, posts and other common social media
    platform tools
  4. Comfortable in front of the camera and being in some online content, including live
    sales
  5. Photography and video editing skills
  6. Ability to utilize software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and other popular
    photo and video editing tools.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communicator (spelling, grammar, and reading skills).
  8.  Strong organizational skills
  9. Predictable and reliable attendance
  10. Able to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
  11.  Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with concurrent and competing
    deadlines. Able to handle multiple projects at a time.
  12. A balance between strategic thinking and execution and embrace a collaborative
    approach.
  13.  High School Graduate or equivalent
