Items are eligible for return if:
-all items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached
-items are received back to us within 14 days from the original purchase date
-non-sale clothing items (not to include: seamlesswear or lingerie)
-all accessories and shoes
Credit will be issued in the form of a store credit. NO REFUNDS will be given. If your return does not match the above eligibility, please do not attempt to return it. Our returns department will not accept any boxes that are not eligible for return.
No damaged goods will be accepted for return after 5 days from original purchase date. All merchandise is examined by envy staff before shipping out to you, and we ask that you do the same upon arrival. If something is wrong with your item please contact us by email and explain the damaged item. We will issue you an RA (return authorization) and send a call tag to pick up the item.
Returning an item by mail:
Please fill out the return form that was included with your order and attach the bottom portion to the outside of your box. We are NOT responsible for any shipping costs related to a returned item. Please mail all returns to:

We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number or signature required upon delivery. We are NOT responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
Once we receive your items, they will be processed by our returns department within 3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Any shipping charges are non-refundable. All store credits are valid for 90 days. You will be notified about your store credit by email. If you do not hear from us, please contact us either by phone or email.
ALL SALE ITEMS, LINGERIE, SEAMLESSWEAR, SHOES AND ACCESSORIES ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
